Enquiries & bookings
When you email, your name, contact details and the information you choose to share are used to reply and arrange performances or teaching. The basis is taking steps towards an agreement, fulfilling an agreement, or the legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries. Providing information is voluntary, but without relevant contact and booking details it may not be possible to respond or arrange an engagement.
Newsletter
Newsletter subscriptions are voluntary and based on consent. Your email address and subscription details are used to send the updates you request. You can withdraw consent by unsubscribing or emailing Christian; this does not affect earlier lawful processing. The registration page embeds a Brevo sign-up form and also provides a direct link to it. Brevo processes technical information when the form loads and subscription details when you register. Website & external services
The website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, may be processed to deliver and protect the website. The basis is the legitimate interest in a functioning, secure website. The typefaces are hosted on this website. YouTube and Spotify players are loaded when activated; these services receive technical information and may use cookies or similar technologies. No separate advertising pixels or visitor analytics have been added to this website. External websites and services have their own privacy information: Cloudflare, Google / YouTube and Spotify.
Sharing & retention
Relevant information may be handled by providers of hosting, email and newsletter services, and by an artist representative or collaborator where needed for your enquiry or booking. Correspondence is kept while needed to handle the enquiry, fulfil an engagement or manage related claims; records subject to legal retention obligations are kept for the applicable period. Newsletter details are kept while the subscription is active, with limited information retained where necessary to document consent or honour an unsubscribe request. Technical data is retained under the relevant service provider’s policy. Some providers process data outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Their linked privacy information explains applicable transfer safeguards, including adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses, and where to obtain further details.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in data protection law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
